Mr. Stumf has donated over 36 gallons of whole blood since 1954. Joel is Cascade Regional Blood Services’ top whole blood galloneer. Cascade Regional Blood Services is so pleased with Mr. Stumf’s exemplary dedication and community service, that there is an annual employee of the year award named in his honor.
