Puget Sound Early College held their first blood drive in May of 2005. The students recruited from within the school as well as from local businesses, which made their blood drive a success. Puget Sound Early College is part of Highline Community College. They offer a program where high school students simultaneously earn their high school diploma as well as credits towards an Associate of Arts degree. The tuition is free.
